FIELD: processes for cleaning and disinfecting vacuum ducts of thermal welding tools.
SUBSTANCE: method is designed for cleaning and disinfecting circuit of vacuum ducts of upper thermal welding tool 1 and lower thermal welding tool 2 of thermal welding section. In order to provide such circuit, evacuating pump 3 is turned off and connection pipeline extending from it to thermal welding section is closed in point 10 by means of sealing plug or dead flange. Vacuum ducts of upper thermal welding tool 1 are connected fluid-tightly by means of adapter 13 with vacuum ducts of lower thermal welding tool 2. Then system through respective pipelines connected to flanges 11, 12 is connected with pump 14 and with reservoir 15 filled with liquid for cleaning and disinfecting in order to form closed liquid circulation circuit. Pump 14 feeds liquid for cleaning and disinfecting containing active chlorine into vacuum ducts of upper thermal welding tool 1.
EFFECT: significantly increased period for storing pack sealed in packaging machine where vacuum ducts of thermal welding section are cleaned and disinfected according to invention.
