FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a beverage preparation device containing a device for measurement of the resultant flow rate ensured by a pump connected to a safety valve. Additionally, the device contains a module for measurement of the pump capacity assisting in adjustment of the pump output pressure which enables pressure profiling. The pump output pressure profile contains multiple power levels each having a specific duration based on the volume of the measured beverage dose which enables amendment of the beverage formulation methodology in the process of the beverage preparation in which connection the beverage taste and strength are improved.
