FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: composition for producing barium-strontium titanate ferroelectric material is intended for producing ferroelectric materials and can be used in radio electronics, for example, as capacitors with small linear dimensions. A mixture for producing ferroelectric material having the formula Ba0.8Sr0.2TiO3 includes barium nitrate, nanocrystalline titanium dioxide and potassium nitrate, and additionally contains strontium nitrate, with the following ratio of components, mol %: Ba(NO3)2 10-16; Sr(NO3)2 2.5-4.0; TiO2 12.5-20; KNO3 60-75. Initial powders are mixed, fired at 600°C and washed with distilled water to remove potassium nitrate.

EFFECT: reducing linear dimensions of microelectronic components while preserving electrophysical properties thereof, reducing power consumption of the process of producing ferroelectric material by lowering temperature, cutting the duration of synthesis and eliminating additional steps for intermediate and final grinding.
