FIELD: multiferroic production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of producing oxide glassy composites –multiferroic, combining ferromagnetic and electrical characteristics. The glass-crystal composite is obtained by creating a porous glass matrix of iron-containing silicate glass, in the pore space of which the ferroelectric phase Ba0.75Sr0.25TiO3 is introduced. An aqueous solution of titanyl nitrate is obtained, aqueous solutions of barium nitrate or barium acetate and strontium nitrate are added, and the solution is mixed with glycine in a stoichiometric ratio to obtain a complex oxide Ba0.75Sr0.25TiO3. A plate of porous ferromagnetic glass is placed in the resulting solution. The impregnated sample is extracted, dried, and subjected to heat treatment at a temperature of 550-700ºC with an exposure of 0.5-3 hours.
EFFECT: analysis of the magnetic characteristics of the obtained glass-ceramic composites showed a significant increase in the magnetization of the formed composite material in comparison with the original glass matrix.
