FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to designing of the oil reservoir, and its recovery control. Information is gathered using the unique comprehensive methods of acquisition and analysis of system of indices and information under address mode using weighting in relation to the exact reservoir and producer needs. The reservoir rating is generated using the asymmetric analysis of the indices system and further use for the measures plan forming. Architecture of production (for example, number, location and method of construction of the oil and injection wells) is further constructed according to the measures plan. Continuous monitoring of the reservoir operation indices can be performed and used to confirm the target indices of oil production and recovery and/or assurance of activation of start-up or emergency circuits for the production equipment replacement.

EFFECT: more accurate estimation of the actual conditions in the existing reservoir, development and implementation of the rational plan of measures to increase short-term work yields and long-term oil recovery of the reservoir.
