SUBSTANCE: input stage of multidifferential operational amplifier contains two input field transistors, scale resistor, two secondary field transistors, two busbars of power source, secondary two-terminal device and load circuit. Sources of the secondary field transistors via the additional resistor are connected with the first busbar of the power source, and are combined with base of the additional resistor. Collector of the additional transistor is connected with combined gates of the secondary field transistors, and its emitter is connected with the reference voltage source.

EFFECT: creation of the radiation-resistant input stage of the multidifferential operational amplifier for bipolar-field process.
