FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: backup clutch changed over between disengagement state whereat torque transmission part is uncoupled mechanically and engagement position whereat said path is mechanically coupled to be engaged at engine start. When steering torque defined after engine starting equals or drops below torque Ts1 of the clutch disengagement start, said back up clutch reverses from engaged to disengaged position. With the clutch engaged, steering facilitating torque is derived from turn motor for turn wheels turn in response to steering working element job. When engaged backup clutch changes over to disengagement steering torque is derived, subject to target turn angle, from turn motor for control over actuation thereof.
EFFECT: accurate control.
