FIELD: protective devices.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to protective devices used in explosive and radioactive facilities, such as easy detachable panels and roofs, blast guards and shields, pressure relief valves. Proposed is a explosion-proof panel with spiral breakable element, comprising metallic armored frame with metallic armored lining and lead filler, having four fixed supporting pipes fitted at its ends, four load-bearing bars telescopically fitted in said pipes are rigidly embedded in explosive structure coating, wherein filler is made in the form of an air-lead disperse system,wherein lead is made in form of crumbs, and load-bearing bars are made resilient, the panel additionally contains elastic-damping single action breakable elements, which are fixed on the load-bearing bars to sheets-stoppers by means of the damping base with screws, and a bushing in the form of truncated cone is rigidly attached to the base co-axially to the bar, wherein the lower base of the truncated cone is connected to a damping base, and the single action element is supported against truncated cone upper base, made in the form of a spiral breakable element of brittle, collapsing material, such as porcelain or "triplex" type glass, which is pressed from below by a bushing-type clamping element with grooves for fixing the elastic part of the breakable element, made in the form of a conical spring turned by its upper base towards the bushing type clamping element, and the conical spring lower base is fixed in the grooves of the damping base by means of injection polyurethane, and fixing of the bushing-type clamping element is implemented by means of latches mounted on the surface of the bar.

EFFECT: higher reliability of explosion-resistant device operation during emergency explosion at the facility, and ensured return of these device to the original position after explosion.
