SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method and monitoring device of downhole percussion drilling. The monitoring method of the downhole percussion drilling under which to the downhole percussive drill flow of the work fluid is supplied to make impact and to flush, and to the downhole percussive drill torque and feed force are applied. Frequency of impacts or associated frequency of the downhole percussive drill is measured, and frequency scattering is plotted to obtain the response to correction of at least one drilling parameter as change of scattering width (W). Invention also relates to the appropriate device.
