FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: vertical adsorber contains a cylindrical casing 12 with cone lid 9 and bottom 21. In the lid 9 loading hatch 4, union 5 for initial mixture supply with distributing mesh 6, union 7 for vapours removal during stripping, and union 8 for safety valve. At the place of joint between the lid 9 and casing 12 a reinforcement ring 11 is installed. In middle part of the casing 12 on the support ring 14 the beams 17 with supports 22 are installed, they support burning grate 15, on which gravel layer 1 is laid. The adsorbent layer 13 is located between the layer of gravel 1 and mesh 3, on which weights 10 are located to prevent the adsorbent removal during stripping. The unloading hatch 2 is installed in the casing 12. In the bottom 21 the bubbler 20 and inspection hatch 18 with union 19 for condensate removal and water supply are installed. The bubbler 20 is made having toroidal shape, and is secured on the cone surface of the bottom 21 by braces. The union 16 for stripped gas removal is located on the cone surface of the bottom 21. The adsorbent 13 is made in form of balls. The balls are hollow, and on their external surface there are additional elements in form of spherical, cone surfaces or surfaces of bodies of rotation. The internal spherical surface of the adsorbent 13 is connected with the external by means of at least three channels.
EFFECT: invention increases degree of gas flow stripping of target component.
