SUBSTANCE: system for accessing services comprises: communication means for subscriber-service customers, communication means for subscriber-service providers and communication links; communication operator units connected to each other and to other networks by high-speed communication links, wherein the communication means of subscriber-service providers are connected to the communication operator units by communication links. The communication means of subscriber-service providers include subscriber identification modules (SIM), each corresponding to a unique telephone number assigned by the operator; the plurality of SIM included in the communication means of all subscriber-service providers are merged into an array of services; for a subscriber-service customer to access services provided in the system, an interface is used, said interface including an array of services and a service database and enabling a subscriber-service customer, by means of the service database, to generate a telephone number of a subscriber-service providers providing the required service, and establish a connection therewith.
