FIELD: global mobile telephone communication networks. SUBSTANCE: each user set is equipped with user recognition code unit (IM card). Each IM card has flash memory registers which data are stored through radio waves. Some of these registers cannot be reset from user set, but they are accessible by entering simple short codes, each of which is associated with one register. Additional flash memory registers are by means of radio waves only when user enters its identification number. Lock control files are used in order to control access for reading writing registers.
