FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: during implementation of this method the cleanout device mounted at delivery pipe is run in to the well at the tubing string. From the surface cleanout agent is supplied, deposits at inner surface of the tubing string or deposits represented by a blind plug are broken by jet impact of cleanout agent direct flow and hydromecanical impact using direct flow. Broken deposits are removed by hydromecanical impact using return flow of cleanout agent. At first broken deposits are sent to space isolated from the space, where they are broken by hydromecanical impact using direct flow of cleanout agent, then through annular space formed by inner surface of the tubing string and outer surface of the delivery pipe. Mechanical impact is carried out by working heads complete with cutting elements and rotatable under impact of cleanout agent flow, while hydromecanical impact is applied first by direct flow of cleanout agent and further by return flow of the same agent. The cleanout device includes a housing connected from below to the packer having channels for connection of inner space of the inlet tube to outer space in the housing below the packer; channels for connection of circular space with outer space of the inlet tube are above the packer.

EFFECT: improved quality of cleaning.
