FIELD: oil and gas production industry. SUBSTANCE: device for cleaning internal surface of pipes has working section which is provided with at least two cleaning heads with cutting members which are directed oppositely at angle with respect to longitudinal axis of cutting members. Cleaning head in its front part has relieving circular groove which divides head into upper part and lower part. Length of lower part is not larger than length of upper part. Cutting members in lower surface of lower part are set at cutting-in angle. Spacer bush is installed between cleaning heads. Heads are installed on shaft and can rotate freely. Weight and unit for connection to pulling unit are coupled to stabilizer which is installed on upper part of shaft. Connection of weight with stabilizer ensures limited axial displacement and changing of angle between their longitudinal axes. Aforesaid embodiment of device allows for its use in curved wells, prevents sticking of resin deposition fractions between cutting members both in second head and in first cleaning heads which usually leads to plugging of passage for fluid.
