FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: device includes at least one section formed as top and bottom cleanup heads mounted freely rotatably on a rod, with oppositely directed operating members on an outer surface disposed at an angle to the longitudinal axis of the rod. Double-sided limiter is installed between cleanup heads. Clamp is installed at the lower end of rod , and connection lug is installed at the upper end of rod. Internal recess, usually conical, is made in the bottom cleanup head from below, and teeth cusps are made in the bottom end portion of the said cleanup head on its working members. Surface of conical recess together with the outer cylindrical surface of the lower end cleanup head portion form teeth cusps. Or internal conical recesses are made in each cleanup head top and bottom, forming teeth cusps in the end portion of each cleaning head, by their surface together with outer cylindrical surface passing into conical surfaces with working members cutting edges.

EFFECT: reduced cleaning time for pipes by creating a device that allows for simultaneous cleaning of all deposit types, reduced accident rate, eliminated downtime due to accidents.
