SUBSTANCE: remote control and monitoring device for the heating system using application for smartphone includes room controller (100) made with possibility to obtain individual data for the server identification, containing Wi-Fi module to transmit and to receive data via the wireless router (100) and to monitor the group of devices relating to the heating system operation (300); application (210) made with possibility of installation on user's smartphone (200), and connection with room controller via the central control server (120). In particular, the server is intended to acquire and to store information of the heating system status in data base (130), such information processing using Demon software, remote monitoring and control of the heating system, confirmation of the heating system status by the client service centre.

EFFECT: possibility of beforehand diagnostic of the heating system state, preventive maintenance, assurance of monitoring process safety.
