FIELD: textiles, paper.

SUBSTANCE: plate of chipboard (CB) with a laminated coating is placed in a mould and connected along the contour with an edge strip frame made of casting polymeric material, with a connecting profile made on the inner contour of the edge strip frame. The CB plate is preliminary purified, and the protecting or binding material or their mixture is applied to the ends. The CB plate is placed in a mould preheated to a temperature of 50 to 80°C, and moulding of an edge strip frame is carried out under the pressure of from 400 to 600 bar. The generated bonding profile is made with a depth of 0.1 to 1.5 of the CB plate thickness. The lower shelf of the bonding profile is made with a thickness of at least 0.2 of the CB plate thickness. The cover is kept in the mould for at least 50 seconds and removed from the mould.

EFFECT: provision of flowing the casting material into the pores and chips of the CB plate, improved productivity and service life, prevention of separation of the chipboard material particles from the CB plate, reduction of deformation.
