FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing fresh human venous blood into rat's occipital cistern. The introduction is preceded by puncturing or draining the occipital cistern with removing spinal fluid. After the first blood removal, the blood is re-introduced into the occipital cistern after a period of time providing continuous blood supply from the moment of the first introduction and required to develop cerebral vascular spasm.

EFFECT: method provides reproducing morphological changes of intracranial vessels as close to those in human individuals as possible, and ensures a possibility of studying vascular activity of preparations specific to human blood proteins.
