FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to neurosurgery. Risk of the unfavorable outcome of the disease is evaluated in the patients suffering nontraumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage (NSAH) as a result of rupture of arterial cerebral aneurysms. Complex assessment of the parameters including neurological status by the Hunt & Hess scale (H), the volume and nature of the NSAH according to Fischer (F) computer tomography, mean linear velocity of blood flow (LVB) over the middle cerebral arteries (MCA) (V), degree of vasospasm by the Lindegaard (L) index, prevalence of vasospasm (S), presence and volume of ischemic changes as per data of CT (I). Obtained points are substituted into original formula and probability of unfavorable outcome is calculated.
EFFECT: invention enables early detection of cerebral artery aneurysm rupture to identify patients with high risk of unfavorable outcome.
