FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: one performs dairy whey heating, sugar introduction in an amount of 8-9% and heating to the boiling point. One introduces a phytocomponent and boils the mass during 5 minutes. The phytocomponent is represented by milled red basil stems and leaves in an amount of 9.5-10.5%. The mixture is maintained to room temperature, filtered, cooled and dispensed. The initial components quantities are expressed in terms of wt %.
EFFECT: manufacture of a beverage with increased biological and nutritive value, high consumer properties and preventive effect with usage of natural raw phytomaterial.
