SUBSTANCE: method for producing a preventive-based beverage comprises mixing cottage cheese whey cheese whey with prescription ingredients, pasteurization, cooling and bottling the drink, and the cheese whey demineralized heated to 35-40°C and make it with water, the concentrate composition in the form of artichoke powder and sweetener, which is used as fructose, followed by stirring for 5-10 minutes, then pasteurized at a temperature of 65-67°C for 10-15 minutes, then the resulting mixture was filtered over 5-7 min, the filtrate is cooled to a temperature of 37°C and applied to a fruit juice concentrate mixture of orange and lemon, lyophilized biomass of Bifidobacteria "BB" and the food dye, followed by stirring.

EFFECT: invention allows to reduce the duration of the beverage preparation machine and a beverage having enhanced preventive properties with high biological value.
