SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vehicle ICE control device. Said device comprises the components that follow. Throttle is arranged in the engine intake duct to vary the sucked air duct cross-section Controlled varies the ICE intake valve opening/closing tine interval. Target basic torque computation means calculates said basic target torque in compliance with the ICE operating mode. Target basic vibration suppression torque computation means calculates the target torque for ICE vibration suppression in compliance with the vehicle vibration component. Means to control the volume of air sucked in the cylinders executes its function by either the throttle or be adjustable valve in compliance with the target torque for suppression of vibration and control over the other valve, that is, adjustable valve or throttle valve, in compliance with the basic target torque.
