FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: claimed process comprises production of the matrix metal molten material to be dipped in the melt of tube made from quartz glass to house the wire of hardening metal material. The tube opposite end is evacuated to suck the melt in for its crystallization therein. The spiral is contracted before the melt suction to be conducted simultaneously with the spiral elongation. The matrix molten metal melt suction is performed at the temperature of hardening metal ageing.
EFFECT: composite hardening in tangential direction.
