SUBSTANCE: invention relates to protective devices, used in explosion hazardous and radioactive facilities, such as easily detachable and explosion-proof panels and roofs, blast shields. Explosion-proof building enclosure structure comprises reinforced concrete panels with size of 6,000×1,800 mm. Panel consists of breakable and non-unbreakable parts. Unbreakable part is made in form of bearing fins, arranged along breakable part periphery. Breakable part is made in form of, at least, two coaxially arranged recesses in building wall, one of which, external, is formed by planes of proper quadrangular truncated pyramid with rectangular base, and other, internal, – represents two inclined surfaces, connected by fin, with formation of slot. Wall thickness from fin to building enclosure outer surface shall not be less than δ = 20 mm. At blast load impact this wall section can be divided into separate parts, and openings breakable part area is calculated by formula. Opposite to breakable part, on building enclosure outer surface, protective shield made from high strength material is arranged, for example armored material, which is fixed on, at least, three horizontally located and perpendicular to building enclosure rods, at ends of which discs are fixed and which pass through holes in protective shield. Discs, located at rods right side, are immured into building enclosure, and discs at rods left side rest against resilient elements underpinning protecting screen to buildings enclosure. Recesses in building wall, one of which, external, is formed by planes of proper quadrangular truncated pyramid with rectangular base, and other one, internal, represents two inclined surfaces connected by fin, are filled with heat- and sound-absorbing material and closed by decorative, easily breakable with explosion panel. At that, on horizontal and perpendicular to building enclosure rods safety package of resilient elements is arranged, which is made in form conical springs package and consists of set, including, at least, one external and two internal annular resilient conical discs, placed between package base and washer. Base rests against protective screen, and washer is against cover. External annular resilient conical disc lateral conical surfaces coupling with internal annular resilient conical discs lateral conical surfaces is made in form of spherical segments with radius R. Spherical segments are made integral with each of discs conical surfaces and directed in opposite directions from conical surface generatrix, that is, each disc one spherical segment is directed inside conical surface, and other is to outside, and for impact load damping at springs compression in junctions of annular conical spring with package base and washer damping rings are installed.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of buildings explosion-proof enclosure breakable part explosion-proof screen fastening reliability at accident explosion at facility.
