FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to extrusion of plastics containing the additives, particularly, to the feed of liquid additive. In compliance with claimed process, liquid additive containing the dye is fed during the extrusion of plastic. This process comprises the generation of elements connection circuit in the control circuit exploiting the feedback process for actuation of at least one pump. Note here that said feedback process comprises outputting of at least one signal from the transducer connected with the machine to the controller. At least one signal is output from the controller to at least one pump. The pressure in at least one pump is monitored while injection nozzle valve position is defined with the help of the transducer. One or more signals are output to the injection nozzle valve to make it open or close.
EFFECT: continuous proportioned addition of additive in fusion of plastics at higher efficiency.
