FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: gasifier comprises furnace body placed vertically and having fuel inlet in the form of nozzles, outlet for synthetic gas and outlet for slag, fuel pretreatment system placed outside the furnace body and containing fuel grinding device, screening device, the first fuel container intended for receipt of fuel particles of standard size, the second fuel container intended for receipt of fuel particles of non-standard size and feed hopper, which lower part is connected to the furnace body via nozzles, and monitoring unit. Layers of microwave plasma generators are placed in parallel nearby gasification zone of the furnace body, and each layer of microwave plasma generators contains from 2 up to 4 inlets of working gas.

EFFECT: invention allows highly intensive gasification of biomass and economic effectiveness.
