FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: medical device includes balloon catheter and inflatable balloon, installed on balloon catheter. Inflatable balloon has hydrophilic surface. One or several parts of hydrophilic surface are covered with two or more nanocarriers. Nanocarrier of two or more nanocarriers includes medication, surrounded by encapsulating medium. Multitude of nanocarriers include, at least, first group of nanocarriers, which have first average diameter, and second group of nanocarriers, which have second average diameter. First average diameter is different from second average diameter. Method of device obtaining includes encapsulation of medication nanoparticles by nanoparticles of encapsulating medium, which contains biological substance. Hydrophilic surface of medical device is covered with multitude of nanocarriers, which have different diameter. Method of delivery includes installation of said device, in particular, in blood vessel and pumping inflatable balloon to provide contact with tissues.
EFFECT: inventions provide improved delivery of medications due to specified dimensions of nanocarriers for penetration into various tissues of blood vessel.
