FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: according to the first version, the method of fabrication of the vehicle system for obstacle avoidance control includes the following operations: formation of the first shell from the thin-sheet metal work piece using the hot stamping process; formation of the closing element from the second thin-sheet metal work piece; rigid fixing of the closing element near the open surface of the first shell. According to the second version, the named method includes the following operations: heating of the first work piece; hot stamping of work piece in the pair of cooled tools; cooling at the first rate; cooling of the emergency box at the second rate. According to the first version, the obstacle avoidance control system contains the first one-piece shell and the closing element. According to the second version, the named system contains the following: the first and second shells made from thin-sheet metal work piece. The first shell is rigidly attached to the second shell so that the part of the bar of the first shell is combined with the part of the bar of the second shell.
EFFECT: minimising of vehicle damages in case of collision.
