The front floor reinforcing structure of a vehicle with a battery pack in a tunnel includes a front floor panel and a front floor cross member. The crossbeam of the front floor contains a non-deformable part and a deformable part. The plastic deformation resistance of the non-deformable part is greater than the plastic deformation resistance of the deformable part. The plastic deformation resistance of the deformable part is greater than the plastic deformation resistance of the front floor panel. A method for manufacturing a front floor reinforcing structure includes the steps of: - providing a front floor panel, a tunnel, a lower strapping bar and a front floor transverse beam; - attach the tunnel, bottom rail and front floor crossbeam to the front floor panel.
EFFECT: improved absorption of side impact energy by the front floor of the vehicle.
