FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises arranging two or more virtual antenna arrays; performing beam pattern scanning by virtual rotation, by a given viewing angle, of antennae arranged at given distance from each other by successively shifting, on the antenna, time intervals by the value of a given increment of the viewing angle; for each increment of the viewing angle, calculating the detection characteristic of microseismic emission zones; comparing said characteristics and if anomalously high characteristics are detected, recording the value of direction angles to the microseismic emission zone; using the distance between antennae and the direction angles recorded during rotation, calculating the depth of zones of maxima of anomalies of each microseismic emission and coordinates of projections thereof on a day surface.

EFFECT: high accuracy of determining the depth of zones of anomalous microseismic emission and coordinates of projections thereof on a day surface.
