DISPLAY SYSTEM Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC G09G3/34

Abstract RU 2573202 C2

FIELD: physics, computer engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to circuits and methods of compensating for gate kickback voltage in electro-optical displays. The method of compensating for gate kickback voltage in an electro-optical display comprises varying the voltage between the pixel electrode and the common electrode of the display, resulting from capacitive coupling between the grate drive line and the pixel electrode. Said variation is achieved by offsetting the value of the overall voltage on the common electrode by an offset value depending on the difference between the value of positive gate voltage and the value of negative gate voltage.

EFFECT: compensating for gate kickback voltage in electro-optical displays without basing on display mode without recording.
