FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: inventions are referred to tactile feedback and generation of tactile perceivable impact. The device has a case with surface including the first surface electrode and the second surface electrode spaced at distance from the above first surface electrode, and controller configured for application of potential difference varying in time so that its usage current not exceeding 100 mcA passes between the first and second surface electrodes through the user's finger thus ensuring tactile impact on the user, which is perceived only when relative movement is available between the finger and device at tactile contact between the finger and the device surface.
EFFECT: generation of improved tactile feedback.
