FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: temperature-compensated resonator includes a deformation base, the core of which includes the first material, has the first and the second coatings, which are made from the second and the third materials respectively. For each material, variation of Young modulus depending on temperature is different; each thickness of the first and the second coatings is adjusted so that the resonator can be provided with almost zero variation of frequency of the first and the second order depending on temperature.
EFFECT: reduction of frequency drift depending on temperature.
