FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention is concerned with absorbent products containing superabsorbent polymeric particles, such as disposable diapers, pull-up diapers and adult incontinence underwear. An absorbent product containing an absorbent core with the absorbent product divided into three segments: a front segment, a back segment and a perineum segment arranged between the front segment and back segment; the dry absorbent core is 0.2 to 5 mm thick in the perineum point of the product. The absorbent core contains at least 90% of superabsorbent polymeric particles. The superabsorbent polymeric particles contained in the absorbent core in the front segment, or the perineum segment, or the whole absorbent core require the time of less than 240 s to achieve absorption 20 g/g.
EFFECT: higher absorption.
