FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to propulsion engineering, particularly, to ICE diagnostics, tests and servicing. Claimed process consists in connected of the engine rpm counter to the vehicle ICE. Said counter outputs the engine rpm made at the given time interval during the tests at the lab bench. Then, in operation the state of the engine components is controlled. In case the need in servicing arises, said time interval is associated with the engine shaft output rpm. This allows to define the future terms of ICE servicing for every component. Claimed device consists of the pulse doubler receiving the signals, non-reversible pulse summing counter with volatile memory, multipliers for conversion of magnitudes into required and suitable magnitude, LED indicator to display the results of measurements and power supply circuit to feed voltage required for said device.

EFFECT: higher efficiency.
