FIELD: training stands; engines.
SUBSTANCE: training bench-simulator of gas-distributing mechanism of internal combustion engine with possibility of development and fastening of skills of performance of main types of works on repair and maintenance of gas-distributing mechanism, containing frame made in the form of stool-welded structure from square pipe, on which by means of standard bolts there fixedly fixed is complete head of cylinder block of VAZ car with valve cover. On the rear panel of the training simulator there is a special tool for repair works, namely, a head for removal and installation of spark plugs, appliance for recessing the valve pusher of the VAZ engine cylinder block, cylinder block pusher valve pusher lock, device for removal and installation of adjusting washers, mandrel for oil-bearing cap pressing, mandrel for pressing of valve guide sleeves. A steel tray is placed below the cylinder block head to locate parts when disassembling. Shortened back cover of toothed belt with fixed mark is located on cylinder block head. On the front part of the camshaft there is a toothed pulley of the distribution shaft with a setting mark.
EFFECT: proposed training stand can be used by teachers conducting disciplines related to device, maintenance and repair of gas-distributing mechanism of internal combustion engine of cars in education system, as well as in preparation of car mechanics for car-care centre.
