SUBSTANCE: electrophotographic toner is proposed, comprising a binder resin, which is a block copolymer containing at least a polyester frame A containing in the repeating structure a constituting link formed by dehydration condensation of hydroxycarboxylic acid, and a frame B which does not contain in the repeating structure a constituting link formed by dehydration condensation of hydroxycarboxylic acid, and the frame B is contained in the binder resin in an amount of 5-16 wt %, and the frame B has an average molecular weight of 1000-3000. And the binder resin has one glass transition temperature Tg, and the glass transition temperature Tg of the binder resin is in the range from 25°C to 65°C when measured at second heating with differential scanning calorimeter at a heating rate of 5°C/min. And the phase image of the binder resin, obtained by using an atomic force microscope (AFM) in a tapping mode comprises regions of the first phase difference and the region of the second phase difference so that the regions of the first phase difference are distributed in the region of the second phase difference, and the regions of the first phase difference correspond to the regions with greater phase difference, and region of the second phase difference corresponds to the region with a smaller phase difference, when the intermediate value between the maximum value and the minimum value of the phase differences is used as a threshold value. Also a developer and an image forming device using the claimed toner are proposed.
EFFECT: proposed toner has no problems with undesirable sticking after long-term storage under high temperatures, the background blur, film formation and toner scattering.
