SUBSTANCE: group of inventions includes a toner, a developer and an image forming apparatus. Wherein, toner contains non-crystal polyester resin, wherein non-crystal polyester resin contains a diol component and joining component as its components, diol component contains aliphatic diol having from 3 up to 10 carbon atoms, in quantities of 50 mol. % or more, joining component contains trivalent or more high-atomic aliphatic alcohol and toner has a vitrification temperature (Tg1st) from 20°C to 50°C. The vitrification temperature (Tg1st) is measured at first heating with a differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) of the toner.

EFFECT: provision of toner, superior not only on potential for low-temperature record, resistance to hot offset and thermal stability at storage, but also in relation to the glossiness of images and paints ability.
