SUBSTANCE: proposed toner comprises: copolymerization resin, wherein copolymerization resin includes: a unit derived from the crystalline polyester resin comprising a polycarboxylic acid with a valence of 2 or more, and a polyol with a valence of 2 or more; and a unit derived from a non-crystalline resin with a skeleton of polyhydroxycarboxylic acid, and a unit derived from a resin with a skeleton of polyhydroxycarboxylic acid is linked with a unit derived from a polyester resin through at least one of urethane group and urea group, and wherein the toner has a crystallization relative degree of 10% or more and less than 50%. Also a developer including the noted toner, and an image forming device, the developer unit of which comprises the toner are provided.
EFFECT: proposed toner exhibits excellent low-temperature fixing properties and high performance at elevated temperatures.
