SUBSTANCE: liqueur for production of 1000 dhal whereof one uses the following ingredients, l: dry grape wine infusion of common elder inflorescences - 600-700, cherry mors - 70-100, water-and-alcohol liquorice first drainage infusion - 10-15, water-and-alcohol cherry fruit stems first drainage infusion - 20-30, water-and-alcohol - in an amount required for 18-50 vol % proof.
EFFECT: invention allows to improve organoleptic properties of the ready product by way of imparting a Muscat taste and aroma and an aftertaste slightly that of thickened watermelon juice.
