SUBSTANCE: wire based on an oxide superconductor includes a layer structure with a superconductor, which comprises a substrate formed as a tape, and an intermediate layer, a layer of the oxide superconductor and a stabilising metal layer, which are layered onto the substrate, and a layer of the insulating coating, which is used to coat the external surface of the layer structure with the superconductor, at the same time either the entire outer surface or the entire inner surface of the layer of the insulating coating is coated with a fluorine rubber layer.
EFFECT: reduced deformation of a superconducting coil caused by scaling voltage at the interface between the fluorine rubber coating layer and impregnation resin, improved superconductivity of a wire in cooled condition.
