SUBSTANCE: oxide superconducting wire includes band-like oxide superconducting laminated material 1 formed by application of intermediary layer 4 at the side of the front surface of metal band-like substrate 3, oxide superconducting layer 5 at the intermediary layer 4 and protective layer 6 at oxide superconducting layer 5, and coating that includes metal band 2 and layer of metal with low melting point 7, at that width of metal band 2 is more than width of oxide superconducting laminated material 1, and band 2 covers surface of protective layer 6 of oxide superconducting laminated material 1, both lateral surfaces of oxide superconducting laminated material 1 and both end areas 3a of the rear substrate 3 surface in crosswise direction, at that both end areas of metal band 2 in crosswise direction cover both end areas 3a of the rear substrate 3a surface, layer of metal with low melting point 7 fills slots between superconducting laminated material 1 an metal band 2 surrounding superconducting laminated material 1, and interconnects metal band 2 and superconducting laminated material 1, while a part 7c of the filling layer of metal with low melting point is protruded towards the area of deepen section 2d formed between both end areas of metal band 2 in crosswise direction.
EFFECT: obtained structure of superconducting wire prevents moisture penetration, and oxide superconducting layer is not destructed in result.
