STANDARD SET OF DATA FOR NEUROPSYCHIC DISORDERS Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC G06T7/00

Abstract RU 2573740 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method involves using a processor unit for segmenting an anatomical structure represented in a three-dimensional image of a number of reference patients in order to create a reference segmentation of anatomical structures of the reference patients; obtaining a standard set of data by retrieving statistical representations of the morphology of the reference segmentations; using the processor unit to add a descriptive part of the standard set of data with the descriptive part including a text form of the data, which are other than an image and describe the anatomical structure; segmenting the patient's anatomical structure analysed for the presence of disorders to create patient's segmentation; comparing the patient's segmentation to the standard set of data obtained from the reference segmentations and descriptive parts of the standard set of data; and using the processor unit to identify the disorders of the anatomical structures analysed on the basis of comparison.

EFFECT: more accurate diagnosing of the patient's anatomical structures.
