FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to food industry, in particular, to a device (B) and a method for products salting/saucing by way of diffusion. The device (B) is between the raw material preparation device (A) and the drying and roasting device (C). The device (B) imparts to dried or roasted food products such as dried fruit, dried nuts, salted or sweet or spicy aromatic flavour through the method of the solution diffusion within grains. The device contains a delivery system (20) ensuring delivery of the dried product into the diffusion saucing device (B), a heated boiler group (30) containing a bath with solution (308) where the dried product is boiled or roasted by way of saucing or salting by way of diffusion as well as a conveyor group that is positioned on the said heated boiler group (30) and transmits the dried products into the bath with solution (308). The dried products are dropped into the bath with solution (308), treated and isolated.

EFFECT: inventions group usage will allow to enhance the resultant product quality.
