SUBSTANCE: according to the first version, a tissue lifting implant inserted between sagged or wrinkled skin and subcutaneous muscle to ensure tissue tightening and smoothing comprises a biologically implanted filament and a mesh element. The biologically implanted filament inserted between the skin and subcutaneous muscle, comprises a distal portion, wherein tightening is required, and a tightened proximal portion. The mesh element is firmly connected to the distal portion of the biologically implanted filament and contains a set of pores filled up as long as the body tissues grow. The biologically implanted filament extends through the mesh element when moves out from both ends of the mesh implant for a certain length. Teeth are formed on the biologically implanted filament. EFFECT: inventions provides smoothing the sagged or wrinkled skin, reducing substantially recurrent sagging, as well as a feeling of a foreign matter, and a risk of infection.
