SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and can be used in treatment of obstructive sleep apnea. The system includes the first implant, made with a possibility of implantation into the submandibular area and having, at least, one hole, passing through it, and the second part of the implant in a form of a tape-like element, which has the first and second ends and in fact a uniform, non-round transverse section throughout the length. The tape-like element is made with a possibility of implantation into the tongue, with its first and second ends passing through, at least, one hole of the first implant for connection of the said tape-like element to the first implant. The set includes the first implant and the second part of the implant in the form of the tape-like element, at least, one introducer, at least one loop, made with a possibility of passing through the said introducer, having a distal end, made with a possibility of connection to the first end of the said tape-like element.
EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to prevent "cheese slicer effect" due to mobile soft fixation of the implant to the submandibular area and the presence of the zone of the implant tape-like element enforcement, minimally apply invasive interference.
