FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: claimed process comprises the filling the well with non-explosive crushing means with clearance to house the locking device, crushing effect amplifier being included in the non-explosive crushing means. The height of clearance in wellhead makes three diameters of the well. Then, foamed polystyrene is filled in the well to the well 0.5 diameter, locking device being set thereat, its height making the well 2.5 diameter, and composed of a hollow cylinder. Non-explosive crushing means suspension with effect accelerator is filled in the cylinder and in the clearance between the cylinder and well walls. Said locking device is composed of a metal cylinder with several rows of ledges outside the lower section and the lengthwise cutouts. Said metal hollow cylinder top features wall depth thrice as large one the 0.1 diameter length and bottom one the length of 0.3 diameter as that over the remaining length. Said cylinder is cut from below through 80% of the length along the cylinder generators to at least four equal-size lugs.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of non-explosive crushing owing to locking of said means by reusable locking device.
