FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves sampling blood, preparing an autograft, which is a platelet concentrate of autoblood. The blood is sampled from a patient's vein; the blood plasma is enriched with platelets; that is followed by a subperiosteal injection of the platelet-enriched blood plasma (PEBP) by means of a needle from a vestibular side into projections of an extracted tooth, herewith infiltrating the deformation area of the alveolar process. That is followed by another subperiosteal injection of a suspension of Biomin GTlS powder in normal saline, into the tissues of the same area, 10-15 minutes later for the purpose of increasing the osteoplastic effect.
EFFECT: method enables reducing injuries accompanying the procedure and its cost, improving the efficacy and reducing the length of treatment.
