SUBSTANCE: invention is related to a method for manufacturing a multilayer autogenous fibrin membrane, according to which blood is taken from the patient’s ulnar vein, then an autogenous fibrin clot is obtained from the resulting blood by centrifugation, after which the clot is squeezed out, which allows to obtain an autogenous fibrin membrane, then the autogenous fibrin membrane is impregnated with liquid fibrinogen, having previously carried out linear perforations of its surface, then a multilayer autogenous fibrin membrane is formed from the autogenous fibrin membrane.
EFFECT: possibility of promptly manufacturing a multilayer autogenous fibrin membrane and placing it in the wound area, with ability to give the membrane the desired thickness and shape, optimize tissue regeneration processes and reduce treatment time.
