FIELD: regenerative medicine; dentistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for use as an autologous biomaterial in methods for treating wounds after removal of teeth and implants and for the prevention of atrophy of the alveolar bone and gums. The invention is a method for preparing autogenous fibrin material in shape of a cone for filling a post-extraction socket, including taking blood from the patient's ulnar vein, obtaining an autogenous fibrin clot by centrifugation, forming an autogenous fibrin membrane, giving it a cone-shaped shape and placing it in the corresponding post-extraction socket.
EFFECT: invention increases the reparative potential of PRF, improves the quality of healing of postoperative bone wounds, reduces the time and facilitates postoperative rehabilitation.
